Job summary

Chili's in Warwick, Rhode Island is seeking a friendly Food Runner who can deliver hospitality with speed. You’ll support Guests and teammates, pre-bus tables, shuttle dishes, and help maintain a welcoming dining room that makes everyone feel special.

This role offers flexible part-time or full-time scheduling, growth opportunities toward server responsibilities, and a great team atmosphere backed by a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Great attitude toward Guests and Team Members.
• Able to think and act quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Provides a customized experience for every Guest.
• Prior experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitable and customized service to each of our Guests.
• Improve the Guest experience by interacting, connecting, and ensuring needs are met.
• Keep the tables free of dirty dishes through pre-bussing.
• Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
• Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
