Responsibilities

• Reports to work on time per schedule; maintains required uniform and cleanliness.
• Answers guests' questions about the restaurant and handles requests/complaints with guest satisfaction as priority.
• Cooperates with management and co-workers to assist others; offers constructive suggestions.
• Follows all safety, health and sanitation guidelines; reports unsafe conditions and uses equipment properly.
• Knows emergency procedures in the restaurant.
• Performs duties and maintains knowledge of standards per associate handbook.
