Job summary

The Bradley, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, in Fort Wayne, IN, is seeking a Food Runner to deliver food from the kitchen to guests in a timely, accurate, and professional manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.

You will work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to support efficient service and guest satisfaction, while maintaining cleanliness and following safety standards. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders promptly and accurately to guests.
• Verify orders are complete and presentable.
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff on timing and requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining/service areas.
• Refill water, clear plates, and assist with table maintenance.
