Qualifications

• Read food tickets and expedite orders based on longest ticket times.
• Inform managers of long ticket times per standards.
• Know recipes, specs and ensure food quality and safety.
• Maintain an outgoing, friendly demeanor with strong communication.
• Ability to carry and balance several plates at once.

Responsibilities

• Read tickets and deliver food to tables with correct items.
• Inform managers about any delays or issues with orders.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by meeting table needs and requests.
• Refill non-alcoholic drinks and assist servers as needed.
• Pre-bus and bus tables and keep track of clean/dirty tables.
