Job summary

Huey's in Cordova, TN is seeking a Food Runner to deliver food quickly and accurately from kitchen to tables, keep the expo line organized, and help ensure guests’ orders are fulfilled with care.

You will greet guests, bus tables, support the BOH team, monitor sanitation, and handle guest requests with a smile. The role is hands-on, fast-paced, and essential to the dining experience at our community-focused restaurant.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask to ensure prompt orders.
• Strong organizational skills to locate tables and patrons.
• Excellent communication to relay customer needs and requests.
• Ability to stand for long periods during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders to customers quickly and accurately
• Uphold sanitation and food safety principles
• Bus tables by removing dirty dishes and trash
• Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Ensure patrons have all the appropriate tableware they need to properly enjoy their food
• Handle various impromptu requests from customers
