Job summary

Key West La Concha, Autograph Collection in the heart of downtown Key West is seeking a dedicated restaurant support associate. You will promptly clear and reset tables, stock stations, assist servers, and help with general restaurant upkeep in a busy environment.

This is a full-time position within a historic luxury hotel on Duval Street, offering a collaborative team culture and opportunities to grow within our renowned property.

Qualifications

• Must have strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work in high-pressure situations.
• Able to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Enjoy working as part of a team to provide great guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Promptly clear and reset used tables.
• Stock and maintain service stations with proper supplies.
• Set up and refill coffee-to-go station in lobby and keep it replenished.
• Assist servers in pre-bussing tables and delivering food orders.
• Assist in general cleaning and maintenance of the restaurant.
