You Will
- You will be required to complete all necessary training as provided by management/trainers
- Take direction from chef and manager on duty
- Safely handle equipment and tools provided
- Safely handle and serve hot food promptly
- The ability to carry a minimum of three plates with proper training
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo line including restocking dishes
- Learn menu knowledge
- Clear and maintain dining room as needed
- Assist in clearing dishes in back kitchen area
- Ensure all lightbulbs are in working order and change as needed
- Maintain work area to meet quality and health standards
- Responsible to know and adhere to all grill handbook guidelines
- Become Safe Staff certified
- Opening and Closing side work
You Have
- A strong personal commitment to Jesus Christ
- Gift of hospitality and service
- Encouraged but not required background in food and beverage services
- The ability to prioritize, organize, and multi-task
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be on your feet for extended periods of time
What you are required to know

- This is a part- timeTEMP (20 hours/week) hourly non-exempt position.
- You may have to work evenings and/or weekends to assist with special events or emergencies.

Work Schedule
Staff culture is important to what we do. To love like family, we require all staff to attend all staff meetings, department meetings and serve with a willing heart especially at all major campus events. This is a requirement for all Food Services staff to work Easter, Mother’s Day, Kids Conf, YE, Back to School Preview Day, COP, Christmas and New Year’s Eve.
