Job summary

Ruth’s Chris Steak House in Memphis is seeking a Food Runner to partner with servers and kitchen staff to deliver a perfectly timed, high-quality dining experience for guests.

You will support servers, ensure correct orders and plating, and help create a memorable visit. The position offers health insurance eligibility after 30 hours, a 401(k) with company match, dining discounts, and clear paths for training and growth.

Responsibilities

• Track cooking times on all orders and ensure proper degree of doneness and plate presentation.
• Deliver food to the correct table, guaranteeing guests receive exactly what they ordered.
• Support the server to optimize the guest's dining experience.
