Ruth's Chris Steak House in Jersey City is hiring a Food Runner to partner with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely, high-quality dining experiences for guests. You will deliver plates to tables, check accuracy and presentation, and help maintain smooth service by supporting servers.

Responsibilities

• Track cooking times on all orders, check finished product for proper degree of doneness, appearance, and plate presentation.
• Deliver food to the correct table, guaranteeing guests receive exactly what they ordered, just the way they like it.
• Support the Server as needed to optimize the Guest's dining experience.
• Demonstrate a Guest first mindset, placing a high priority on the Guest experience.
