Qualified Staffing is hiring a Food Production Worker in De Pere, WI to join our manufacturing team. You will assist in preparing ingredients, operating mixers and ovens, packaging products, and keeping a clean, organized workspace.

Shifts run 6:00am–2:30pm, M-F, with compensation of $16 per hour. The ideal candidate works well in a team, follows safety standards, and demonstrates strong attention to detail in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in food production or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to lift and stand for extended periods; good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Measure and prepare ingredients according to recipes and production schedules.
• Operate food processing equipment such as mixers, grinders, and ovens.
• Monitor the production process to ensure quality and adherence to food safety standards.
