Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in high-volume manufacturing or food production.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production area per policies, FDA, and HACCP.
• Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Manage inventory accuracy and security.
• Lead and coach a 30+ hourly workforce.
• Prepare management and labor reports as required.
• Plan daily manpower and shift staffing.
