Job summary

Adecco's client is hiring a Food Production Technician in Sumner, WA to join a fast-paced food manufacturing team focused on quality, safety, and efficiency. You will support various stages of preparation, assembly, and packaging to deliver high-quality products.

Shift is Monday–Thursday, 4:00 AM–2:30 PM with pay at $19 per hour. Responsibilities include preparing ingredients, following safety protocols, operating and maintaining machinery, and assisting with packaging and warehouse tasks.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail and safety.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to learn and cross-train across production areas.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and assemble products according to recipes and standards.
• Follow food safety and quality protocols to ensure product integrity.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Assist with packaging, warehouse duties, dishwashing, and order fulfillment processes.
• Collaborate with team members and work independently to achieve production goals.
