Job summary

Verde is hiring a Food Production Team Member for our Park Circle location in Charleston. You’ll support the Catering Manager with daily production, assemble salads, wraps, bowls, and sides for large orders, and organize deliveries with care.

A friendly, reliable team player who thrives in a fast-paced setting will fit right in. Ideal candidates are organized, punctual, and comfortable interacting with clients.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual with strong organizational skills.

• Able to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
• Willing to train the right person.
• Available Monday–Friday mornings.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Catering Manager with daily food production and preparation.
• Preparing salads, wraps, bowls, sides, and other menu items for large catering orders.
• Organizing and packaging multiple catering orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensuring orders are complete, properly labeled, and ready for timely delivery.
• Loading, transporting, and delivering catering orders throughout the Charleston area.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary food production area.
• Following food safety, cleanliness, and Verde procedures.
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while paying close attention to detail.
• Helping the team wherever needed to ensure successful catering events.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Food Production Team Member, you’ll work closely with our Catering Manager and team to ensure catering orders are prepared accurately, organized properly, and delivered on time.

Core responsibilities include:

• Assisting the Catering Manager with daily food production and preparation
• Preparing salads, wraps, bowls, sides, and other menu items for large catering orders
• Organizing and packaging multiple catering orders accurately and efficiently
• Ensuring orders are complete, properly labeled, and ready for timely delivery
• Providing excellent service and professionalism to catering clients
• Loading, transporting, and delivering catering orders throughout the Charleston area
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary food production area
• Following food safety, cleanliness, and Verde procedures
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while paying close attention to detail
• Helping the team wherever needed to ensure successful catering events

• Possesses a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
