Verde, a fresh and fun family-owned restaurant group based in Charleston, SC, is seeking a Food Production Team Member for Park Circle. Join a Catering & Food Production Team that prepares and delivers large group orders with care, organization, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, and able to work mornings Monday–Friday. Training is available for the right person. Driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.

• Provide excellent service to catering clients.
• Load, transport, and deliver catering orders in the Charleston area.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary production area.
• Follow food safety and Verde procedures.
• Work efficiently with close attention to detail.
• Support the team to ensure successful catering events.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Food Production Team Member, you’ll work closely with our Catering Manager and team to ensure catering orders are prepared accurately, organized properly, and delivered on time.

Core responsibilities include:

• Assisting the Catering Manager with daily food production and preparation
• Preparing salads, wraps, bowls, sides, and other menu items for large catering orders
• Organizing and packaging multiple catering orders accurately and efficiently
• Ensuring orders are complete, properly labeled, and ready for timely delivery
• Providing excellent service and professionalism to catering clients
• Loading, transporting, and delivering catering orders throughout the Charleston area
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary food production area
• Following food safety, cleanliness, and Verde procedures
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while paying close attention to detail
• Helping the team wherever needed to ensure successful catering events

• Available Monday–Friday mornings
• Possesses a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
