Job summary

Coborn's Inc. is seeking a Food Production Staging Clerk in Minnesota to pick, prepare, and stage food products for store orders.

You will verify quality, freshness, labeling, and order accuracy before shipment, and ensure correct documentation reflects fulfilled quantities. You will work closely with Production, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to support timely pickup and delivery while maintaining clean staging areas and adhering to food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Pick, prepare, and stage food products according to production schedules and store orders.
• Verify product quality, freshness, labeling, and order accuracy before shipment.
• Ensure order documentation and invoices reflect fulfilled items and quantities.
• Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to support timely pickup and delivery.
• Maintain clean, organized staging and production areas.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Communicate order issues or delays to supervisors promptly.
• Demonstrate ownership mindset and support team success.
