Job summary

E.A. Sween Company in Hodges, SC is hiring for a first-shift Production Support role starting at $19.50 per hour. You will supply the production line with raw materials, follow GMP, and ensure products meet recipe specifications. Training will cover safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Line Controller, loading materials with PPE, and maintaining clean, safe work areas while supporting a positive, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous assembly work and knowledge of GMP preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs continuously.
• Must be able to stand 10–12.5 hrs in cool/cold temperatures.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Follow GMP to ensure food safety and product integrity.
• Always follow safety protocols and wear PPE as required.
• Collaborate with the prep room and line teams to minimize waste.
• Support the company’s Spirit, Purpose and Vision on the floor.
• Ensure products are produced to recipe specifications using standard work.
• Set up lines before shifts and coordinate with Line Controller.
