Job summary

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• Good manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination.
• Ability to communicate and work well with others in a team effort.
• Know and understand safety guidelines and principles.
• Know proper handling of product in a manufacturing or distribution facility.
• Experience keeping packing equipment and work area safe and orderly.

Responsibilities

• Move, store, and stage raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods to keep production lines stocked.
• Support warehouse organization and complete required paperwork and documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and follow GMPs.
• Pack orders accurately; count and label items per requirements.
• Assist in changeovers, packing, sorting, and staging as needed.
• Follow HACCP/food safety policies and report hazards or issues.
