The Original Cakerie in Aurora, CO is seeking an entry-level Food Production Line Worker to join the sweet team. You will follow GMP guidelines, build desserts per clear instructions, and help meet daily production goals.

This role includes training and potential certifications, with opportunities for growth across departments. We value reliability, teamwork, safety, and the ability to work overtime or weekends in a fast-paced bakery environment.

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to keep production safe and clean
• Build desserts according to clear instructions
• Meet daily production goals within required time frames
• Maintain a tidy, organized work area and adhere to dress code/sanitation rules
• Report waste or line stoppages promptly
• Support safety systems and training (SQF, HACCP, GMP) as needed

What You'll Do Every Day

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to keep everything safe and clean


• Build desserts according to clear instructions


• Meet production goals within the required time


• Maintain a tidy and clean organized work area


• Follow dress code & personal hygiene rules


• Report waste or any time you step off the line


• Protect food quality and safety throughout your shift


• Learn safety systems like SQF, HACCP, and GMP (training provided!)


• Follow company policies and assist with other tasks as needed
