Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Ferndale, WA is hiring a Food Production Line Worker to join a busy production environment. The role involves preparing, packing, inspecting products, and supporting material-handling tasks with overtime opportunities.

The position is evaluated-to-hire with a Monday–Friday schedule, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, including occasional Saturdays for overtime; starting with 4-hour days with potential full-time progression.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
• Basic math, science, chemistry and metric system understanding needed.
• Must be an autonomous worker with a reliable attendance record.
• Comfortable with a trial period to ensure placement fit.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, package, and inspect products.
• Handle materials: defrosting, hooking, hanging, racking, cutting, stuffing, weighing, labeling, boxing, palletizing.
• Push and pull carts or racks throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain quality control to meet company standards.
• Record production data and report defects to supervisors.
• Perform lifting and physical tasks up to 50–75 lbs.
