Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive manual tasks involved in food preparation, processing, and packaging.
• Operate basic production machinery and equipment in accordance with SOPs.
• Handle raw materials, ingredients, and finished goods throughout the production process.
• Maintain production pace to meet operational and quality standards.
• Adhere to GMP, HACCP and sanitation standards; monitor quality and contamination.
• Maintain proper labeling, handling, and storage of food products.
• Follow allergen control and cross-contamination prevention protocols.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas; use PPE as required.
• Attend shifts as scheduled, including overtime, weekends or holidays.
