Job summary

Gordon Food Service Store LLC is hiring for a Full Time Food Production Associate in Murfreesboro, TN. Pay is $15/hr with store hours from 7AM to 8PM, Monday through Saturday, and 9AM to 6PM on Sundays. Advancement opportunities and comprehensive benefits accompany this role.

Responsibilities include preparing sliced meats, juicing beverages, following food safety procedures, and assisting in stocking or cashiering as needed. A strong team player attitude is essential for success.

Qualifications

Able to provide superior customer service.
Able to multitask effectively.

Basic math and computer skills are required.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Prepare sliced meats and cheeses, make sandwiches and wraps.
Juicing: prepare ingredients used to create beverages for customers.
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
Fill in other areas such as stocking, cashiering or other food production areas during down times.
Operate Rotisserie Oven up to 3 times per day.
Use a broaster to cook chicken tenders, wings, or other items as needed.
Take temperatures of cooked and cold foods.
Change oil in broasters.
