Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 1-2 years industry experience.
• Advanced degree in Food Science or Chemical Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new prototypes translating consumer insights into product attributes from bench to production.
• Collaborate with R&D sub functions and cross-functional teams to move ideas through the launch process.
• Ensure product quality and food safety requirements are defined and delivered.
• Provide documentation and protect intellectual property; maintain knowledge management for projects.
• Stay current with new developments in food science and technology through trend spotting and supplier collaboration.
• Gain hands-on experience in pilot plant operations and scale-up skills.
• Follow Mars Quality Management Program for new product design and development.
