Job summary

Riverence in the United States is seeking an experienced welder/fabricator to provide mechanical repairs for processing equipment that produces food products. This role requires teamwork to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include welding and fabrication using oxy-acetylene, TIG welding of stainless steel and aluminum, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, basic electrical work, and interpreting schematics.

Qualifications

• Experience in fabrication and TIG welding.
• Sanitary welding experience or pressure vessel knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with food processing equipment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret diagrams and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Welding / Fabricating expertise with mechanical repairs to processing equipment that produces food products.
• Layout conveyors, guards and equipment components for processing lines.
• Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, valves and fittings.
• Perform basic electrical tasks for 110–480V systems and troubleshoot components.
• Operate shop tools and maintain a safe, clean workspace.
• Collaborate as a team member to meet quality specifications and customer needs.
• Support safety practices and be flexible with hours as required.
• Assist other duties as assigned.
