Job summary

Hydrite Chemical Co. is hiring a Production Operator in the United States (TX, Lubbock) to manage food processing, blending and packaging of liquids and dry products. You will follow SOPs, ensure GMP compliance, and operate designated equipment.

Role requires ability to read, write and speak English, with willingness to attend training and participate in safety programs. Benefits include multiple retirement plans, health coverage, paid time off and others.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
• Prior experience in food processing or chemical blending is recommended.
• Good reading, writing and spoken English required.

Responsibilities

• Blending and packaging of liquid and dry chemicals in a GMP environment, following SOPs and PPE.
• Inspection, cleaning, and filling of drums and totes.
• Loading and unloading of tank trucks and railcars, following SOPs.
• Cleaning and inspection of blenders and reactors.
• Review of worksheets and entry of Production Schedules.
• Washing, sanitizing and testing of portable tanks/totes for reuse.
• Operate machinery as directed by supervisor.
• Attend all mandatory training and complete paperwork per SOP.
• Maintain clean work area and participate in training activities.
• Report food safety issues to supervisor or SQF Practitioner.
