Adecco Staffing is assisting a growing food manufacturing company in Greenville, NH to hire a Machine Operator for 1st Shift. This full-time role offers a 4-day work week, competitive pay, and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, machine operation, warehouse, production, or food production experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor food processing and packaging equipment.
• Ensure products are manufactured according to quality and food safety standards.
• Supply materials to production lines and monitor machine performance.
• Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and packaging accuracy.
• Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Perform routine machine cleaning and basic equipment maintenance.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and communicate larger concerns to maintenance.
• Assist with product changeovers and machine adjustments.
• Work closely with production and quality teams to meet daily goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
