Responsibilities

• Sanitize overhead hoist, cooling press, and other machinery.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary work area and follow GMP/SQF guidelines.
• Complete HACCP training and report food safety/quality issues.
• Assist in reducing product loss and ensuring consistent quality.
• Set up and maintain equipment including pumps and conveyors.
• Reassemble machinery if disassembled and follow safety procedures.
• Adhere to safety policies and cooperate with teammates.
