Job summary

The ideal candidate should have a BS degree in relevant fields and at least 3 years of experience in food processing equipment. Responsibilities include creating standards for safety measures and ensuring compliance with FDA regulations. Qualifications

• 3 or more years of experience in food processing equipment or sanitary design.
• Prior work with industrial process equipment including heat exchangers, pumps, filters, and automated CIP systems.
• Stand for moderately long periods when interfacing with manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Create technical procedures for programming and equipment navigation.
• Compile a master Motor and Device List for various equipment.
• Design controls for process equipment following FDA regulations.
• Implement company safety programs and technical documents.

Skills

Proficient in AutoCAD

Proficient in Inventor 3D design software

Experience with SAP

Education

BS Degree in Chemistry
