Circle K store in Edinburgh, Indiana is seeking a full-time team member to support food merchandising, customer service and daily store operations. The role involves stocking, pricing, displays, and ensuring safety and quality while delivering friendly service to customers.

You will work Weekdays only, participate in training new staff, manage inventory and operate the register. This is a storefront role requiring adherence to Circle K policies and excellent customer interactions.

Competenze

• Minimum age 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent plus 6 months to 1 year of retail store or food service work experience.
• Knowledge of basic business and customer service principles.
• Ability to communicate information clearly.
• Ability to work as scheduled and arrive on time.
• Ability to operate equipment such as hot/cold beverage dispensers, grills, ovens or fry stations.

Mansioni

• Ensure groceries are stocked, displayed and priced correctly.
• Complete build-to's for ordering merchandise.
• Maintain inventory and rotate items to ensure freshness.
• Prepare and display food and beverages for customers.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service and resolve routine concerns.
• Follow safety and cleanliness standards in all areas of the store.
• Supervise staff in the Store Manager's absence and train new associates.
