Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic business and customer service principles including planning and organizing, resource management and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly.
• Ability to deal with customers and problems using standard procedures.
• Ability to work as scheduled including arriving on time.
• Ability to operate various equipment used in food/service operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service in a retail environment.
• Assist with food preparation, stocking and merchandising according to store guidelines.
• Maintain inventory and pricing accuracy, rotate food items and monitor freshness.
• Prepare displays, signage and pricing to attract customers and maximize sales.
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards in food prep areas and displays.
• Train or assist training of new associates as needed.
• Monitor customer flow and adjust staffing as needed to reduce wait times.
