Job summary

SodexoMagic is seeking a Food Prep Helper at GILEAD SCIENCES HQ in Foster City for mornings shifts. This full-time role offers a pay range of $22 to $24 per hour. You will assist in the preparation and serving of vibrant menus and ensure work areas are clean and tidy, while delivering friendly service.

You may read recipes, sanitize stations, perform basic cooking tasks, and attend shifts on time. Benefits include paid time off and a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of related experience is beneficial.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and reliable with a focus on a healthy/safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Reads recipes and/or product directions and assists in the preparation of hot and/or cold foods using a variety of kitchen utensils/equipment.
• Clean and sanitize work stations and production equipment.
• May have basic cooking responsibilities, i.e., cook vegetables, chicken for salads.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
