Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintains highest possible level of Product Quality by preparing food according to Krystal procedures.
• Adheres to Krystal holding times and temperatures; packs products in approved containers.
• Maintains a high level of hospitality and wears the proper uniform; makes eye contact and communicates positively with guests.
• Follows approved cash handling and security procedures; supports teammates and takes coaching from management.
• Keeps all areas clean and sanitary, including prep areas, lobby, drive-thru, kitchens and restrooms.
