Job summary

ABM Industries in Goldsboro, NC is seeking a reliable sanitation technician for contract sanitation services at large food manufacturing facilities.

You will perform wet and dry cleaning of production lines, silos, offices, canteen and bathrooms, following strict food safety guidelines. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required.
• Preferred: Prior food plant sanitation experience, preferably in a food manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform sanitation tasks as per ABM Sanitation Program.
• Follow all food safety and safety guidelines.
• Disassemble, clean/sanitize, and reassemble equipment.
• Accurately and safely clean equipment areas or periodic work.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain offices, restrooms, and lunchrooms.
• Follow and maintain the sanitation program with a Master Cleaning Schedule.
