Qualifications

• Must have 6+ months manufacturing maintenance experience
• Must have 1+ year of maintenance experience
• Able to read and comprehend basic blueprints and mechanical drawings
• Able to read and understand test meters
• Basic math skills required
• Good written and verbal communication
• Understanding of HACCP and food safety concepts

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance using approved, safe techniques
• Ensure equipment is ready for production start-up
• Repair worn or damaged equipment
• Modify and fabricate equipment as needed
• Assist production, sanitation, and other support groups
• Follow GMP and GSP requirements and safety rules
• Implement maintenance procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Lubricate equipment according to device requirements
• Operate with MP2 system program and maintain company standards
