Job summary

IML Containers North America INC. is seeking a Line Packer in our Ohio facility. The role supports product quality, traceability, and food safety by inspecting, packing, and maintaining supplies at the machine while ensuring proper records and clean, hygienic work areas.

Responsibilities include visual inspection, packing per work instructions, and timely documentation. Candidates should have a high school diploma and prior line packing experience, preferably in a food environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior line packer experience.
• Experience in a food industry is an asset.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform manual material handling.
• Must be able to pass drug and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished products for quality against standards.
• Pack products per work instructions and customer requirements.
• Maintain supplies at the machine to support production.
• Complete production documentation to support traceability.
• Report quality issues or hazards immediately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic work area.
• Follow food safety rules including handwashing and hygiene.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
