Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Pack product in double liner bags into cases with specific counts.
• Label boxes and stamp lot numbers; stack on pallets.
• Record keeping for CCP checks and lot numbers.
• Inspect products during packaging.
• Follow Waste Management and GMP procedures.
• Follow Food Defense procedures and supervisor instructions.
