Sodexo is seeking a Food Operation Manager 2 at Hillcrest Hospital South in Tulsa, OK. The role oversees approximately 30 frontline employees, including the Executive Chef and Production Manager, and drives high-volume retail dining operations with a focus on service quality and safety.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on leadership, experience in HACCP and regulatory compliance, and a track record of improving operational performance and client satisfaction in healthcare food service

Join a leadership role responsible for overseeing on‑site food service operations and delivering exceptional service outcomes. This position drives operational performance, financial results, and client satisfaction through effective team leadership, safety oversight, and strategic execution.

Pay Range: $64600 per year - $83600 per year
