Now Hiring: Food Manufacturing - Quality Assurance Technician! Location: Agawam, MA Pay Rate: $24-26 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Full-Time| 7:30 am-4:00 pm

Compensation & Benefits:

• Paid Time Off (PTO): One week after 90 days; an additional week at 6 months of employment.

Job Summary: The Food Manufacturing - Quality Assurance Technician (QAT) supports the QA department by monitoring quality control measures during production to ensure all food safety, product specifications, and customer standards are consistently met. This role performs inspections, documentation reviews, and in-process checks while maintaining a proactive approach to food safety and quality improvement.The QA Technician plays a key part in upholding CG Family Foods’ commitment to excellence and works closely with production teams to resolve issues, maintain compliance, and ensure every product meets company and regulatory standards.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a positive attitude.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in variable temperature conditions.

Posted Salary Range

USD $24.00 - USD $26.00 /Hr.
