Reser's Fine Foods is seeking a maintenance supervisor to lead maintenance staff in a Hillsboro, Oregon area facility. You will oversee repairs, equipment installation, and preventative maintenance, ensuring safe and efficient operations.

Requirements include 10+ years of maintenance experience, electrical/mechanical skills, basic computer literacy, and potential bilingual English/Spanish. Travel and varied shifts may be required; a bonus program is available.

6. 6. Follows company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.
7. 7. Regular attendance and punctuality is required due to working with people, items and equipment that are at the facility.

Job Specifications

4. 4. Training experience is preferred.
5. 5. English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Working Conditions

1. 1. Refrigerated food manufacturing plant.
2. 2. The environment may be wet or dry and temperatures may range from 25F to 110F.
3. 3. Frequent exposure to hazardous material and conditions.
4. 4. Occasional lifting, kneeling, and bending with items in excess of 100 lbs is required.
5. 5. Travel 5% of the time.
6. 6. Production demands may require and/or evening or weekend scheduling.

This position is eligible for a bonus based on company goals/performance.
