Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Food Lead Worker at Minnesota State University Moorhead to prepare and serve vibrant menus while maintaining a safe, productive kitchen and front-of-house environment.

You will lead a small team, coordinate daily food operations, and uphold quality and service standards during afternoon/evening shifts. The role offers full-time hours with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• May work in any type of food location on client premises and under the leadership of on-site management and/or supervisors
• Coordinates the activities of workers and/or service employees engaged in food operations or services
• Performs day-to-day assignments in addition to supervision duties.
• Works with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

Location: MINNESOTA STATE UNIVERSITY MOORHEAD - 97011001

Workdays/shifts: Afternoon/evenings - varying days, and rotating weekends. More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $17 per hour - $18.5 per hour
