Pay Range

$8.00 per hour – $28.40 per hour

What You’ll Do

As a Food Lead Worker at Sodexo, you are a helping hand and a good mood motivator. This role includes the preparation and serving of our vibrant menus and ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees. Your welcoming customer service puts a smile on people’s faces and makes an impact in their everyday lives.

Responsibilities

• May work in any type of food location on client premises under the leadership of on‑site management and/or supervisors. Coordinates the activities of workers and/or service employees engaged in food operations or services.
• Performs day‑to‑day assignments in addition to supervision duties.
• Works with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows up for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
