Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Food Lead Worker at East Hartford Public Schools. The role covers the preparation and serving of our vibrant menus and ensures a safe working environment for all staff. Your welcoming customer service helps brighten the daily experience for students and employees.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related work experience.
• Experience in food service or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs day-to-day assignments in addition to supervision duties.
• Works with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity

Location: EAST HARTFORD PUBLIC SCHOOLS - 18345001

Workdays/shifts: Weekdays – morning and afternoon/evening shifts. More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00

What You’ll Do: As a Food Lead Worker at Sodexo, you are a helping hand and a good mood motivator. This role includes the preparation and serving of our vibrant menusand ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees. Your welcoming customer service puts a smile on people's faces and makes an impact in their everyday lives.

Responsibilities include:

• May work in any type of food location on client premises and under the leadership of on-site management and/or supervisors Coordinates the activities of workers and/or service employees engaged in food operations or services
• Performs day-to-day assignments in addition to supervision duties.
• Works with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
