Sodexo is hiring a Food Lead Worker at Lehigh Valley Hospital - Cedar Crest to oversee preparation and serving of vibrant menus while ensuring a safe, clean service area. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and customer-focused service.

You will lead by example, coordinate on-site staff under supervision, and support high-quality food service. A minimum of 1 year related experience is expected, with adaptability and a positive, safety-minded approach central to daily duties.

• 1 or more years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• May work in any type of food location on client premises and under the leadership of on-site management and/or supervisors. Coordinates the activities of workers and/or service employees engaged in food operations or services.
• Performs day-to-day assignments in addition to supervision duties.
• Works with customers to ensure satisfaction in areas such as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

Workdays/shifts : Mornings - varying days, and rotating weekends. More details will be provided during the interview process.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $16 per hour - $16 per hour
