Job summary

SodexoMagic is seeking a Food Lead Worker at the American Airlines Admirals Club in Orlando to support vibrant dining operations and guest service. The role focuses on preparing and serving menus while maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for colleagues and customers.

As a team member, you will work varying shifts, with on-site supervision and opportunities for ongoing training and development. A positive attitude and at least one year of related experience are preferred.

• 1 or more years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• May work in any type of food location on client premises and under the leadership of on-site management and/or supervisors coordinates the activities of workers and/or service employees engaged in food operations or services
• Performs day-to-day assignments in addition to supervision duties.
• Works with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
