Job summary

Taco Bell Worcester is seeking a friendly, energetic Customer Service/Kitchen Crew Member to help ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced restaurant.

You will greet guests, take orders, process payments, assist in food preparation, maintain clean work areas, and coordinate with delivery partners and teammates.

No prior experience required; must be at least 16 years old, have reliable transportation, and a positive attitude. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• No previous experience required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and training materials.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
• Positive and friendly demeanor with coworkers and guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and positively engage guests in the restaurant.
• Accurately take guests' orders and process payments.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable area for guests and team members.
• Work well with Delivery Partners.
• Maintain cleanliness by wiping tables, washing dishes, and sweeping/mopping floors.
• Answer questions about menu items and promotions.
• Prepare ingredients and menu items.
• Restock product and workstations.
• Use kitchen equipment including ovens, fryers, grills.
• Maintain a clean work environment by cleaning workstations and equipment.
