Qualifications

• Associate or higher degree in nutrition or health-related field required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills; knowledge of nursing practice liability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and retrieve Provider Food Institute referrals.
• Provide outreach to new/existing Food Institute clients; schedule in EMR.
