Job summary

Walmart is hiring Food and Consumable associates to move merchandise to the sales floor, merchandising displays, and serve customers with a friendly attitude. You will ensure product availability and quality across fresh departments, stock shelves, and prepare ready-to-eat foods in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll help customers with orders, maintain cleanliness, and follow safety protocols while working in produce, bakery, deli, and other areas.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting customers in a fast-paced retail or grocery setting.
• Ability to stock, rotate and display products across departments.
• Preparing, packaging, and presenting ready-to-eat foods.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across work areas.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find products across produce, deli, bakery, dairy, and meat.
• Stock displays and ensure high-quality products are available.
• Pack ready-to-sell items in proper containers and displays.
• Prepare and serve ready-to-eat foods; assist with cakes and deli orders.
• Keep work areas clean, sanitized and customer-ready.
