Job summary

GDI, Inc. is seeking a General Cleaner to support our food manufacturing facility in Garrett, Indiana. The role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM, and focuses on cleaning, restroom duties, and general maintenance to ensure a safe, clean environment for staff and customers.

You will work with a small crew, follow supervisor directions, and meet daily cleaning targets. Experience is a plus, but reliability and the ability to work in hot conditions are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience cleaning commercial buildings is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to work with other crew members.
• Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Steel toed shoes required when applicable.
• Ability to work in hot conditions.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning of a food manufacturing facility.
