Citizens Grill in The Woodlands is seeking a energetic Food Runner/Expo to join our team. You will act as a liaison between kitchen and waitstaff, ensuring orders flow smoothly in a fast-paced restaurant.

Qualifications

• An expo must be able to multitask to ensure orders are prompt.
• Excellent organizational skills to locate tables and coordinate with staff.
• Strong communication to relay customer requests and confirm satisfaction.
• Ability to communicate with waitstaff about customer needs.

Qualifications:

• An expo must be able to multitask in order to ensure customers get their orders promptly
• Food Runners will have to possess a high degree of organizational skills to easily locate tables and bar guest to fulfill everyone’s orders
• A Food Runner needs excellent communication skills to ensure they meet customers’ requests. Not only does the Food Runner have to listen to learn where the food needs to go, but they also have to communicate with the customers whether it’s checking on their satisfaction or taking an impromptu request.
• Food runners must have the ability to communicate with the waitstaff when it comes to the customers request/needs
