Santikos Entertainment in New Braunfels, TX, is seeking a Part-Time Food Expeditor to help bridge the kitchen and guests in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure orders flow from POS to kitchen, prepare dishes (including pizza), and maintain quality, speed, and guest satisfaction.

The role requires 18+ years old, ability to lift 30-40 pounds, and willingness to work holidays, nights, and weekends. A friendly attitude and teamwork are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience as a food expeditor or in a restaurant setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient follow of orders from the POS system to the kitchen
• Prepare small dishes, including pizza preparation
• Check dishes for accuracy, presentation, and temperature
• Ensure orders are being prepared with the correct priority
• Inspect the premises according to quality and sanitation standards; assist in cleaning
• Send out notification to guests for order pickup via the Apex system
• Perform quality control of all food items
• Assist with any guest questions or concerns
