Job summary

The Setai is seeking a Food Runner for our Pool & Beach Team in Miami Beach. In this role you will deliver food and beverages to guest lounges and tables, support servers, and help uphold the highest standards of guest service in an outdoor setting.

You should be able to work outdoors, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and communicate effectively with teammates to ensure timely and accurate service while maintaining The Setai's grace and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience as food runner or busser in a fine dining or luxury hotel is preferred.
• Must be able to work outdoors for extended periods.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to service.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Must have valid authorization to work in the United States.

Position Summary

The Food Runner – Pool & Beach Team plays an essential role in delivering a seamless dining experience in our outdoor venues. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, work efficiently in a fast‑paced outdoor setting, and maintain the grace and professionalism synonymous with The Setai. This individual ensures timely and accurate delivery of food orders, supports servers, and helps uphold the highest standards of guest service and presentation.
